Surcharge: 15% applicable on all packages where the stay overlaps a Saturday OR Sunday OR a Public Holiday. This surcharge will be collected at the time of payment for the reservation.
 

Terms & Conditions-

1. A 15% surcharge is applicable on room rate for ALL weekends (Friday , Saturday & Sunday), public holidays and extended weekends.
2. Two children below 12 years of age need to pay for Rs.300/- per child, per day, without an extra bed in the Premier Room and above. If extra bed is required, it will be charged @ Rs.1500/- per night, per bed.
3. Extra Adult charges will be Rs. 2550/- per night, only in Lagoon Suite.
4. Check-in 1400 hrs and Check-out 1200 hrs
5. Rates are valid for all Indian nationals and Foreigners with Indian Resident Permit
6. Resort credit can not be utilized for use in the casino, spa, water sports, beauty saloon and shopping arcrade.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunctions with any other offer or discount on privilege cards e.g. FHRAI & WIHRA. 
8. Provision for an extra bed is available only in Lagoon Suite.

 Cancellation Policy

1. The cancellation up to 15 Days prior shall draw 01 Night retention charges plus Rs.1000/- admin charges
2. The cancellation 15 Days To 07 Days prior shall draw 50% retention charges plus Rs.1000/- admin charges.
3. Cancellations received within seven days will be treated as "no show" and hence no refunds.
