Inclusions-

• The above packages are for 3Nights /3Days and can be extended on pro rata basis.

• Arrival and departure transfers by an air-conditioned coach from the Airport/Railway Station.

• Welcome drink on arrival.

• Buffet breakfast for two at The Café.

• Under AP package breakfast + buffet lunch and dinner would be offered or one has the choice to have buffet breakfast + resort food & beverage credit of Rs 2000 per day i.e. Rs 6000 credit for 3 nights stay.

• Complimentary tea / coffee maker in the room with daily replenishment

• Complimentary DVD player in the room with a wide choice of local and international DVDs

Surcharge: 15% applicable on all packages where the stay overlaps a Saturday OR Sunday OR a Public Holiday. This surcharge will be collected at the time of payment for the reservation.
 

Terms & Conditions-

1. A 15% surcharge is applicable on room rate for ALL weekends (Friday , Saturday & Sunday), public holidays and extended weekends.
2. A 15% surcharge is applicable on room rate for any change of dates for bookings on all the above offers once the payment is received for the same, however the request should be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
3. Children below the age of 6 years stay with the compliments of the hotel with breakfast and without an extra bed.
4. Children between 6-12 years of age need to pay for 50 %  breakfast and AP supplement and stay with the compliments of the hotel without an extra bed.
5. Extra Adult charges will be 50% of the room charges and the AP supplement would be Rs 1200 per day.
6. Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of non-refundable 100% payment within 3 working days of the booking.
7. Rates are valid for all nationalities.
8. Bookings for more than three rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel .
9. Extra Beds are only allowed in Lagoon Suites & Club Pool Suites .
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunctions with any other offer or discount on privledge cards eg FHRAI & WIHRA. 

 Cancellation Policy

1. Smart offer is 100 % non cancelable & non refundable offer .
2. The cancellation 30 Days prior shall draw 15% retention charges plus Rs.1000/- admin charges.
3. The cancellation 30 Days To 15 Days prior shall draw 01 Night retention charges plus Rs.1000/- admin charges
4. The cancellation 15 Days To 07 Days prior shall draw 50% retention charges plus Rs.1000/- admin charges.
