 COST SAVER PACKAGES FROM INDIAN AIRLINES 

TERMS

Validity: 1^st April 2004 to 30^th September 2004

Package Features:

• The package being offered includes return airfare in economy class, airport transfers, room, meals as per plan and other add-ons.

• The package is available Ex-Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kozhikode with direct flights to Goa.

• Packages are also available Ex-Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jamnagar, Kolkata and Nagpur for which the flight will be routed via Mumbai.

• The packages is also available Ex-Lucknow for which the flight will be routed via Delhi.
  Applicable airfare for infants and children is payable extra.

• The payment for hotel stay with regard stay of children will be made directly to the hotel.
  Infants will be accommodated on complimentary basis.

• Any extension of stay will be paid for directly to the hotel.
  

Cancellation Charges

• In the event of cancellation of the package more than 48 hrs prior to the commencement of the journey, cancellation charges of Rs 100 / US$ 10 per person as administrative charge will be levied.

• In the event of cancellation of the package 48 hours prior to the commencement of the journey Rs 1,000 / US$ 20 per person will be levied.

• An administrative charges of Rs 100 / US$ 10 will be levied in case of child ticket.

• No refund will be possible after completion of the first leg of the journey or after the passenger has checked in at the airport.  No refund will be allowed in case of No-Show.

• In the event of cancellation of flight due to unavoidable circumstances, the passenger will be entitled to a full refund of the package amount. However, in case of availability of hotel rooms and seats on the next flight, and if the passenger so desires, they will be accommodated.

• All refunds shall be made subject to approval of Indian Airlines and the concerned hotel, and upon receipt of the same by us, and paid subject to a minimum of a fortnight. The package is available to all passengers, who are otherwise eligible for INR FARE level under Indian Airlines rules.

• Re-routing and combination is not permitted.

• Administration charges of Rs.500/- per ticket will be charged in addition to cancellation charges levied by the Indian Airlines / hotel, as detailed above.
