Inclusions

• Return Airport / Madgaon railway transfers by a/c coach.
• Welcome drink (non-alcoholic) on arrival.
• A bottle of Goan wine and a packet of cashew nuts in the room on arrival. 
• Accommodation in well appointed air-conditioned Room as per the package availed.
• Buffet / Fixed Menu breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• For those availing Standard and Superior package, One half day sight seeing of Old Goa Church, Panjim city by a/c coach followed by boat cruise on river Mandovi. (Subject to weather conditions).
• For Deluxe and Superior Deluxe package sightseeing will be followed by Dinner cruise on Caravela.
• Complimentary use of In room tea/ Coffee maker – Replenishment once a day. Additional requirement will be on chargeable basis.
• Two children below 6 yrs. can be accommodated in the parents’ room without any extra charge. However, compulsory meal supplement as above shall be applicable for child between 06-12 years. Supplement charge for extra bed @ Rs.900/- per night shall be applicable if required. Supplement charge for extra mattress @ Rs.500/- per night.
• Complimentary use of Gymnasium and swimming pool.
• Complimentary use of Steam and Sauna once during the stay  with prior appointment
• Free entry to our discotheque “Saturdays” (for couples only).
• Free entry to our In house casino “Goa Nugget”
• Complimentary daily animation activities
• Daily live entertainment at the resort
• All presently applicable hotel taxes. Should there be any further levy of Govt. / statutory taxes / charges, the same shall be chargeable extra as and when applicable

Cancellation / Retention Policy :

• No charges if cancelled more than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• 25% if cancelled less than 21 days of scheduled arrival
• 50% if cancelled 10 or less than 10 days of scheduled arrival.
• 100% if cancelled 6 days prior to scheduled arrival. 
• An administrative fee of Rs. 600/- will be levied for all cancellations / amendments.
